Hi  and thank you for visiting my website. As you can see my name is Michelle. I am a native of Jamaica and I migrated to the states as a child with my family. Shortly after coming to the states my siblings and I were placed into the foster care system. My life was filled with a lot of pain and there were times when I felt like giving up but I chose not to. I decided since I have a love for writing that I would use my life as a testimony and share my journey through a series of books. I intend to continue this chapter of my life writing and being an advocate for anyone that has been a victim of sexual, physical, or emotional abuse. I am open to having dialogue with anyone and I am open to questions. If anyone would like me to speak at any functions promoting a positive life after trauma I am also available.
